Cannot add code to editor after clicking insert

Hi, I bought your horizontal scroller but cannot get it to work in the editor.
Popup with preferences works when I click on the item, but when I click on Insert nothing happens.

Any idea what could cause this?
If this doesn't work, where can I find the shortcodes?
