Not Working

Just bought this pluggin, no menu appears in the dashboard.
Add Gallery menu and Shortcode buton appear in post/pages sections, though they don't work.

I've tried the [scroller] short code, with success, though I am only interested in the scrollable gallery, please help.
I've
tried this pluggin on a fresh template and one using Headay themes. The
site I need to implement it in is Headway specific. Im on a tight
deadline
