Not working on WP 3.5.1?

Hello~ I cant seem to get the plugin to work on the standard themes or photolux theme, can you please confirm if it even works on wp ver 3.5.1?

The icon for DZSscroller is there when I post things but  images dont scroll when clicking preview or posting.
